1. About Market Bully

Market Bully is a trading education platform operated by Double R ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide structured educational content, flashcard drills, AI-powered tools, and curriculum designed to help users understand financial markets and trading concepts.

Market Bully is accessible at app.doublermentorship.com and doublermentorship.com.

2. Not Financial Advice

Everything on Market Bully is for educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance.

• We do not recommend specific securities, assets, or trades
• Past educational examples are not indicative of future results
• Trading and investing involve significant risk, including the loss of principal
• Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions
• Double R is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Market Bully and Double R are not liable for any trading or investment losses you may incur.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Market Bully. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any other person
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Subscription & Payments

Market Bully offers a free tier (Module 1) and paid Pro subscription plans.

• Monthly Plan: $19.00 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $180.00 per year ($15.00/month), billed annually
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Early members grandfathered at their original price will not be affected by price increases

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at admin@doublermentorship.com.

• Monthly subscribers: Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
• Annual subscribers: You may cancel future renewal at any time. We offer a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days of an annual subscription if you are not satisfied.
• We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Market Bully — including curriculum, lessons, flashcards, illustrations, AI prompts, code, design, and branding — is the exclusive property of Double R and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from Market Bully
• You may not use our content to create competing products or services
• Personal, non-commercial use for your own learning is permitted
• "Market Bully" and "Double R" are trademarks of Double R

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Market Bully to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, harvest, or extract content from our platform automatically
• Share, resell, or redistribute paid content to non-subscribers
• Use AI tools on our platform to generate content for competing services
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

9. AI-Powered Features

Market Bully includes AI-powered features including an AI Tutor and AI Chart Analysis. These features are powered by third-party AI providers and are subject to their respective terms of service.

• AI responses are generated and may contain errors — always verify independently
• AI responses are not financial advice
• We do not store AI conversation history beyond the current session
• Do not share sensitive personal or financial information with the AI Tutor

10. Third-Party Services

Market Bully integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and data), TradingView (charts), and Anthropic (AI). Your use of these features is subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double R and Market Bully shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from trading or investment decisions
• Loss of data or account access
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors or inaccuracies in educational content

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Market Bully is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of Market Bully after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
